C.O.D. means 'Cash on Delivery'. Here's how it works: You place your order online or by phone. We ship your stuff to you. In a couple days you get a card in your mailbox from Canadapost. This card will tell you to pickup your package at the closest Canadapost Outlet. It will tell you the address and phone number of the outlet. Then you go to the outlet. They'll tell you what you owe. You pay them with cash or Interac. Then you take your stuff home and start shreddin'.
* * IMPORTANT C.O.D. NOTICE * * Once you've placed a C.O.D. order with 3RIDE, you (the customer) are responsible to accept the shipment and pay for it. Unclaimed C.O.D. orders will be automatically returned to 3RIDE incurring additional shipping charges. You (the customer) will be mailed an invoice for these shipping charges. If these shipping charges are not paid within 30 days; all relevant information will be forwarded to our collection agency. They will persue unpaid accounts on our behalf and this information will be documented on your credit report. ...So, if you order using C.O.D., make sure to accept your shipment.

All items purchased at 3RIDE.com can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. If you would like to do an exchange or return, please contact 3RIDE within 7 days of receiving the item(s). There are a few rules: All discounted items are FINAL SALE. Complete Bikes are EXCHANGE ONLY. Custom Wheels are always a FINAL SALE. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Instructions for online Returns & Exchanges:
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, simply call our sales office at: 1-604-998-0296. Or email us at sales@3RIDE.com. One of our sales associates will give you a return authorization number (RA#). Then mail the item(s)
back to us, PRE-PAID, accompanied with original receipt and the return authorization number. All item(s) must be returned
in its original 'brand-new' condition. Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to complete the exchange or return. Shipping
costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error
made by 3RIDE. For your own protection, we suggest customers
use a delivery method that can be traced. 3RIDE cannot be
held responsible for any returned item(s) that are lost
in the mail. Returns after the 7 day grace period will not be accepted. To ensure
your return is approved before mailing, please call for authorization.
•In-Store Returns & Exchanges:
All items purchased at the 3RIDE store, in North Vancouver, can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. An exchange can be done within 20 days. There are a few rules: You must have your original receipt. All item(s) must be returned
in its original 'brand-new' condition. All discounted items are FINAL SALE. Installed items are FINAL SALE. Complete Bikes are EXCHANGE ONLY. Custom Wheels are always a FINAL SALE.
•Christmas Returns & Exchanges:
The time period for returns & exchanges will be extended during the christmas season. Returns & exchanges will honored until December 31st. For online returns/exchanges: please contact 3RIDE before Dec 31. For instore returns/exchanges: please bring your item(s) into the store before Dec 31.
